This client came to us concerned about rising energy bills in a large, rural property. After a detailed survey and modelling, we designed and installed an air source heat pump paired with battery storage, then configured Rendesco Flow – our optimisation platform – to coordinate how the system runs day to day.

Flow uses machine learning and intelligent algorithms to forecast heat demand and track electricity prices. It then orchestrates the heat pump and battery automatically – charging the battery when power is cheaper and scheduling heat production at the most efficient times – so the home stays comfortable while costs are reduced.
