Our People
Alastair founded Rendesco in 2012 and has led our growth from specialist installer to the UK’s leading heat pump and heat network company; he has extensive experience in the design, build, financing and operation of heat pump systems and heat networks.
Haydn brings deep construction and governance experience to the board (ex‑CEO of Kier Group; earlier senior finance roles at Lendlease and Balfour Beatty). As Chair, he leads and advises the board, and ensures effective governance and independent oversight.
Romana runs our nationwide O&M division – 24/7 monitoring and response, field engineering and customer care – drawing on senior operations leadership at Kingspan Water & Energy.
Tom joined through our acquisition of ADP’s geothermal drilling business, initially as Head of Drilling; he now leads our D&B division integrating design, drilling, and project delivery.
Paige focuses on delivering value for our homeowners – one‑day, cylinder‑free heat‑pump installs paired with smart optimisation. She previously led product and programmes at Stark.
Joe oversees financial strategy and disciplined capital deployment. Before Rendesco he held roles including Finance Integration Manager at DS Smith and Financial Controller at OverTier.
Ivan steers market strategy, partnerships and new propositions. He works with the industry to develop and improve heat network regulation and consumer protection.
Hayley leads our people strategy – hiring, capability building and a safe and inclusive culture. Prior roles include Head of People & Culture at infrastructure firm blu‑3 and People & Culture leadership at RIFT.
