Former CEO of SMS plc, Tim grew the business to a successful £1.3 billion sale to KKR in 2024: funded assets, a recurring service base and a national installation operation, taken to scale.

David was Group Chief Executive of Barratt Redrow, the UK's largest housebuilder, for eleven years, leading its £2.5 billion merger with Redrow in 2024. He has chaired the Future Homes Hub and is a member of the government's Net Zero Council.

Joe oversees financial strategy, performance, and capital deployment. Before Rendesco, he spent 8 years at EY, and has leadership experience ranging from FTSE-100 to high-growth PE-backed businesses.

Romana runs our nationwide O&M division – 24/7 monitoring and response, field engineering and customer care – drawing on senior operations leadership at Kingspan Water & Energy.

Ivan drives Rendesco’s strategic direction and investment activity, overseeing partnerships, growth initiatives and the development of new propositions to accelerate low-carbon heat deployment. He works across industry and government to shape regulation and consumer protection.

Bradley leads technical strategy and innovation across heat pumps, heat networks, battery storage and optimisation, solving the complex engineering challenges behind our products.

Paige focuses on delivering value for our homeowners – one‑day, cylinder‑free heat‑pump installs paired with smart optimisation. She previously led product and programmes at Stark.
