McCarthy Stone builds and manages retirement communities across the UK. They needed one technically strong partner to keep more than 250 commercial air source heat pumps running across their developments, home to around 6,000 residents, with cover 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and response times set by strict service levels.

We became McCarthy Stone's national air source heat pump partner in 2023. As Dimplex-accredited engineers we work on every part of their plant rooms, backed by our own stock of parts, routine servicing and specialist water treatment. Remote monitoring means we often fix a problem before residents or House Managers notice it, which cuts unnecessary call-outs.

The result is less downtime across the portfolio, service levels met consistently, and lower running and maintenance costs.
