Lymington Gate is a beautiful coastal residential development by Pegasus Homes, served by a Geo Flow network providing heating, hot water and cooling to residents.
The shared ground source network connects to an individual ground source heat pump in each home, providing all heating, hot water and cooling.
We designed and built the network and continue to operate and maintain it today. We continuously monitor and optimise its performance to help keep running costs down and improve the resident experience, while also managing metering and billing.
Because we built the network, we know it inside out. For communal areas and for residents, there is one team accountable for the whole service, with the knowledge to diagnose issues, resolve them and stand behind the system for the long term.
