We invest for the long term, not the handover.
We fund the network upfront and earn our return by operating the network, so we stay invested in its performance long after installation. Residents pay for the heating and cooling they use.
Rendesco funds the network upfront, so developers don't carry the cost of the infrastructure.

Yes. The Flow in-home equipment is designed to fit in the same standard cupboard as an air source heat pump cylinder, with no outdoor heat pump unit. The kit can also be installed modularly or in kitchens (like a fridge freezer) for homes with restricted layouts. We provide integration drawings for each house type.
No. We have our own compact rigs and in-house teams, so we can plan drilling around your groundworks and phase the commissioning of homes as they are built, so you can sell them faster. With our radial drilling methodology, we can limit disruption too. The programme, responsibilities and remedies are agreed in writing before work starts.
The proposal explains what is included, how long the price is valid and whether indexation applies. The final price and commercial terms are confirmed in the contract.
Yes. We can provide HEM and SAP inputs for each house type, along with the product and network information your assessor needs.
Yes. Our heat pump can provide cooling as well as heating. To cool a home, it needs our fan coil units in place of radiators; they provide both heating and cooling.
